Reviews

  1. The Boxer

There are better alternativesAlthough these seem to be working, I’ve found another tea that works the same at a fraction of the price.Check out other brands before purchasing.

  2. Carol

Get advice even in good health firstThe flavour was fantastic. I just had side affects with this. I was getting very dizzy also my blood sugar went very very low so ambulance was called out

  3. Amazon Customer

They work!Very surprised and didn’t believe all the reviews but these actually work. They seem to stop you feeling hungry in between meals. I have lost far more weight since using these tea’s. They don’t really taste of anything.

  4. J. Turner

RecommendedThis is an interesting product. I got it thinking that like a lot of slimming products, it would be a bit of a rip off. However, I have been using it for a week and I am pleasantly surprised. First, it couldn’t be easier to use, you just open a sachet, pour the powder in a cup and pour hot water on to make a tea. You take it after meals, and it apparently binds the car ingested. In the interests of fairness, I have watched what I’ve been eating, not calorie counting, but trying to eat healthy food, drinking more water, and using slightly smaller portions. Though I haven’t cut down that much at all. However, I am losing weight! I’ve lost about four pounds in a week, but only two this week…well it’s only Tuesday! However, I can’t deny that it is working. The other thing is that my digestion has improved, which is a definite bonus for me. I would like to lose more weight, I’m disabled with mobility issues, so it’s easy for weight to creep on. I am going to take this for three months and see what happens. Right now though, I am seeing the benefits. It tastes quite nice too. I know it’s a little expensive, but if I get the results I want, it will be worth it.

  5. PearlyO

Hair loss as side effect ?After seeing the significant weight loss of my sisters, I decided to give this tea a go since I was so surprised to see how much weight my sisters had lost in less than 4 weeks. The first week seemed to be going well and I noticed I was loosing my appetite after drinking the tea. I made sure I eliminated all types of any snacking I did . I had breakfast and in the afternoon I’d drink the tea & not feel hungry until near dinner time. After dinner I drank 1 more cup of this tea so overall 2 cups of xls medical tea a day. I managed to loose 2lbs in the first week without any exercise and that’s a lot since my weight does not shift so easily. However, in week 2 i began to notice i was loosing more hair than usual but ignored it thinking it was probably just something random. By the end of week 2 I was beginning to feel the tea was not supressing my appetite any longer. The hair loss became worse and I’d be finding my hair everywhere in everything. I didnt change my shampoo nor my diet in any way other than including this tea. By the end of week 3 the tea was no longer working for me and only served as a warm drink. My hair is still falling a lot for which reason I have stopped drinking this tea now.It worked well for my sisters as they had a habit of consuming high calorie high fatty foods which they genuinely stopped consuming since drinking this tea for fast weight loss results. However, if you generally have an ok / good diet, then his tea might not really prove to be as effective and you might not achieve the results you wished for. I searched for hair loss as a side effect of Litramine / Matcha but can’t seem to find anything so really not sure what’s going on. It’s the 2nd day I’ve stop drinking the tea so hoping my hair stops falling.

  6. Julian Saunders

Taste horrid and not workable for me.If anyone is organised enough to drink a sachet of this muck 3 times a day, 30 minutes before food, then they probably have the will power and organisation to not need these sachets. I can’t make it work and they taste horrid.

  7. Amazon customer

It’s working for meI am on about my 5th box so far. I didn’t want to write a review until I’d tried it for a little while, to give it a chance to work or not. The first box didn’t make any difference, however after about the 2nd box I noticed it was becoming hard for me to finish an entire meal, my appetite has greatly reduced. I still get hungry but at the moment I can only eat about half of what I used to. Other people have noticed and commented that I’ve lost weight. I put on about 2 dress sizes as an effect of medication, which I’m no longer taking. Even though I stopped the meds, and had been off them for quite a long time, the weight would not budge despite exercise and so on. I’ve never in my life otherwise had any other weight issues (I’m 32yo). I have made zero other changes to my diet, I still drink alcohol, eat quite an unhealthy diet to b honest, but I’m still losing weight so I can only think it must be the tea that’s helping. I don’t mind the flavour but I can understand how it wouldn’t suit everyone. The only trouble with this product is the pricing which is just going to be impossible for a lot of people unfortunately. But maybe the patented product they use in the tea was expensive to manufacture or something, I don’t know. Overall, I would recommend this product if you can afford it, and are willing I give it some time to work eg 6 weeks or so to see is any changes in appetite and so on.

  8. Amazon Customer

No likeDid not like these. It was like drinking dish water. No taste.

  9. AJ

Damaged and not effectiveReceived the package and it was damage, open and with some kind of white stuff in one side of the box.I still gave it a try and start drinking it but so far not seen any effect, not weight loss or any reducing on my apepite. So, im hopping amazon can do something about this, either replace it or better yet, refund me. Thank you

  10. Anis Ataba

Expiry date fraudI bought my first box from Asda, no issues. Then found it on Amazon reduced so bought some more. The product expired in 8 days from the purchase date, but supplier put a sticker to hide the manufacturer expiry date, extending it by 1 year. This is fraud. No wonder it had no effect (compared to the first lot bought from Asda) and the consistency was funny; the powder didn’t devolve properly in hot water, and left like a foamy/slimy layer.
