  1. Tia

Stay away for your dogs health! Not a good word to say about wagg. I bought some whilst there was a temporary shortage of my dogs usual high quality kibble and I was waiting for it to be delivered. I bought wagg because I didn’t want to spend out a lot on something I probably wouldn’t use all of. What a mistake!Day 1 and both dogs had the runs. I put it down to a quick change of food. Day 2 and both dogs were pooing every time I let them outside. Poo was very loose and pale, almost white, in colour. Day 3 and both dogs were absolute pooing machines! They were doing on average 5–6 poos EACH a day as opposed to the 1 poo, sometimes 2, a day on their previous food. Poos were still very pale and were now very dry and almost crumbly. I noticed by day 6 and 7 that along with being out in the garden every hour picking up poo that both dogs were scratching more often and their fur was more dull and dry.By day 9, their previous food was delivered and the remaining wagg got launched into the bin. Do not even bother! There is nothing in this kibble when you read the ingredients that is good for your dog and everything is artificial, cereal based or compositions. Do yourself and your dog a favour and spend more on a good quality food!

  2. Killswitch

My dog loves itPerfect for my working Cocker Spaniel. No matter what food I pick up, whether it be Pedigree Chum, Bakers, Pets at Home brand, Royal Canine, Purina etc there is always someone who says “You shouldn’t feed your dog that!”. Everybody else is an expert and I have tried my dog with most of the above and his stomach would not settle. The only reason I bought and tried Wagg is because there is a Cocker Spaniel on the packaging and it’s the best food I’ve had the dog on. No issues with his stomach, he enjoys the food (I also mix in a little Chappie on occasion) and since feeding him it he seems to have gotten a shinier coat.Paying just over £8 for 12kg of food is a no brainer when you will pay the same for a 2kg of Royal Canine or Purina.

  3. Taking it Easy

Our 2 labs love it!At £8 for 12kg this is remarkably good value dog biscuit.Initially, we were a tad cautious given the low price. However, our 2 labradors love it — either on its own or mixed with tinned ‘wet’ food. So, as part of a balanced diet, we have absolutely no complaints — and have already ordered some more!

  4. Mystic Lady

Great ValueI wanted to find a more cost effective food for my boy Blue that wasn’t full of nasty stuff and I came across this brand, I could see from the ingredients list that it was full of good stuff so thought I would give it a go! After all the price was just fabulous! Blue wolfed it down so he must be very happy with the flavour but it did give him some bursts of gas which wasn’t too pleasant but I imagine this will die down after he is more used to this food. It is extremely helpful and handy that this can be delivered to the house which means no more lugging heavy bags around from the car into the house, having it on prime delivery is even better! Nice one for that service! I think that the bag being recyclable was a great USP as this is important to me. The only thing I would like to see improved is to have the bag with a resealable zip to help keep the food fresh and at its best. Overall I’ll carry on using this for the foreseeable unless the gas doesn’t stop then I might have to change.

  5. Taking it Easy

Well liked and great valueWe were dubious our notoriously fussy dogs would accept ‘budget’ Wagg dog biscuits…Well we were so wrong. They particularly like this chicken and vegetable variety and clean bowls are guaranteed. We also sometimes mix it with wet food as part of a balanced diet. Either way, this is a favourite! So, particularly at the current bargain price (£7 for 12Kg including Prime delivery), we have no complaints. Indeed, we and the dogs are most chuffed!

  6. Michelle Watkin

Good value, good quality, British company and my dog loves her Wagg!I bought this as my dog has eaten Wagg Worker for the last few years. I recently tried another brand but she wouldn’t touch it. So I ordered this and she is a happy dog again! This seems to be a newish Wagg product as I have not seen it before, but will definitely be buying again and dog will be happy! The kibbles are small compared to the other brand I tried recently and it may be she didn’t like the taste, smell or texture of it (lamb, whereas she’s always had Wagg chicken). Would recommend this Wagg product.

  7. kallidra

Dog enjoys it.I buy the 15k bags in most of the different flavours for my dog as she enjoys this and is able to tolerate it.Being a rescue SBT (ex breeder), approx 8 or 9 years old, she hasn’t had a fantastic start to her life sadly. However, she has a glossy coat, bright eyes, good digestion, is at the exact weight she should be for her breed and a lot of the things that you want in a dog, this food has definitely helped provide her with a lot of what she needs to get there (she is topped up with 1 can of wet a day also, has been a struggle but she got herself back there.)I buy a bag between every 4–6 weeks and find it extremely good value for such a low price

  8. GothicGeisha

Good value for moneyThe biscuits in this blue bag are slightly smaller then the ones we usually get in the kennel bag (the last kennel bag was ripped & was refunded instead of replaced). With the biscuits being slightly smaller the dogs were a bit put off at first, seems daft but they noticed, eventually they ate.Good value for money, no need to transport from pet store to home.

  9. Samantha

Not for sensitive stomachs.I have 2 dogs and they will both eat this food fine, they’re not exactly excited about it. But my problem is poo and farts, omg the smell!!!!It clearly agrees with some dogs more than others. But one of my dogs poos constantly when eating this food. Its definitely a case of more coming out than going in. I’m sad to have to change the food. As the 2 dogs really enjoy it. But I just can’t deal with my lab pooing 5/6 times a day on it and the constant smell, I can hear her belly grumbling and groaning when she’s near me.So I would say if your dog has a sensitive stomach then this food isn’t for them.My other dog is perfectly fine with this food. So its a hit or a miss.

  10. Suramya Koswatte

Don’t buy it upset your dogs stomachDon’t buy it upset your dogs stomach.I have been giving this wagg complete care dog food since last Thursday and I must say I am very disappointed. If I can I would like to send it back for a refund. Poor quality and what ever is inside is not good for the dog. I have a Goldenretriever and I do change her food from time to time and out of all the brands I have tried this is the worse.I had no problems on the other brands of dog food. Since giving this, she vomited the very next day and had diarrhea throughout plus she passes very stinky gases. I ended up taking her to the vets as she’s so unwell! And immediately stopped her food. Please don’t buy. The price reflects the quality.
