Bestest smudgey eyeliner, miieeewww!I read all the reviews before ordering this that stated you could only use 10% of it, um, did those people not know you can sharpen it? It’s the best eyeliner I’ve ever had. I like to do my eyes very black and smokey, if you do an eye at a time and spread this before it’s set, it’s amazing. So black and pigmented! Once it’s set you can add more black eyeshadow and it does last, even through sleep lol! Rimmel as usual dont irritate the eye. Brilliant, will order again! I reccomend the maybelline sharpener if you have doubts… lol.

one for the waterline liners !!!I am a waterline liner, think its a generation thing as I can not line the outside to save my life. This is perfect soft to use, no smudging, lasting and easy to wash off. The colours are lovely, I have most of them because they are affordable. YES you do need a good sharpener, definitely. They are fiddly, waxy to sharpen but with practice I don’t have a problem now and Yes there is always a good thumbnail left which is impossible to sharpen.

  3. Alexandra

Best waterproof liner by a long shotThe best waterproof eyeliner around, absolutely love this, i wear it every day!My eyes are really sensitive, i have no tear ducts so my eyes water a lot in the cold and wind, but this product lasts all day and often only needs a small touch up now and then. I work in a cafe so i need to look my very best, and this liner really does help, it is amazing, i wont ever use anything else. Next time i buy this ill order 10! That should keep me going =D

  4. Sue Kanski

Absolute rubbish!I should have read the one star reviews as I totally agree with them! Amazon should not be selling this as you have to discard when there is 90% left. It should be propelling as others are, impossible to sharpen as the cover is plastic!

  5. Joshua Painter

Fantastic.Fantastic. I applied this at 8am and this has lasted all day photo taken 21.3 I can’t be happier with this product.

  6. DigitalGirl

Amazing eyeliner for sensitive and watery eyesThe one makeup item that I’ve never had much luck with is eyeliner. Thanks to super sensitive eyes, most liners usually slip right off and that includes liners by high end brands including Marc Jacobs, Guerlain and Chanel as well as high street names. But this liner has amazed me! I bought it purely because I wanted a navy liner without paying too much in case I didn’t like the colour. It goes on very creamy. So much so, that I thought it would slide off in seconds, but it sets well and after a minute it wouldn’t budge!I hate tightlining but this smooth pencil makes even that easy and it stays in my waterline all day!! (This is a makeup miracle for me)I have even tested this liner extra hard by wearing it in rainstorms, on the soggy train commute to work in January, and walking for miles with the dog through the woods. And it still didn’t move!I managed to sharpen mine totally fine with the small hole in a duo makeup sharpener from Boots.

The best thing about it is also the worstVery intense black unlike any pencil liner i have ever tried. It is true that it is very smudge proof but make a mistake and it is a nightmare to remove. I have to rub a lot with oil to remove it. I use micellar water and it didnt remove it. For some reason my eyelashes end up waxy when i use this eyeliner even though i started out with clean eyelashes after lining with it they stick together and feel waxy. I was able to sharpen it ok but it would get blunt very quickly like i do one half an eye and its already blunt. i like tightlining my upper eyelash line only but it is so pigmented and waxy that it ‘stamps’ and stains my lower eyelash line too and then its a nightmare to remove.. i normally use a q tip to clean smudges but with this one its so hard to remove my eyes end up sore and tired. I found it irritated my eyes to no end and I dont normally have sensitive eyes. I tried it with and without contact lenses and it leaves my eyes irritated. If you are an expert at the cat eyeliner flick and wont be tightlining or water line lining and have no allergies and non sensitive eyes give it a go but otherwise honestly i would give it a miss its very unforgiving when you make a mistake, so black almost harsh and a nightmare to remove. I think you would be better off using a liquid eyeliner if you want black intensity that you can wipe off easily if you make a mistake.

RubbishDon’t waste your money pencils break.and don’t sharpen well dangerous to use near your eyes

  9. heather clark

Ive only given 2 stars as i love it but im unable to sharpen it to a proper point.…I loved the colour , grey. It went on lovely and i was so pleased with the look and staying power initially … The problem is ive tried two sharpeners and it seems impossible to get a point on it, il buy one more pencil sharpener and give it another try but its such a shame as otherwise its just useless.….Update i bought a new sharpner in Tesco and now it sharpens so well but needs regular sharpening so does run out quickly. I love the dark grey004 and i think its really makes my blue eyes pop, happy heather

  10. Kay

DisappointedI have read all the reviews i could, which is why i purchased it. I must have the most oily eyelids in the planet. The liner lasted 20mins before it disappeared from the line it was in to smudged and awful. Why cant i find a liner that works?
