They’re dead easy to make and only take 4 minutes, so even if you aren’t a master chef, you can get stuck in. It’s simple and quick. Rip off the lid. Whip out the sachet. Add boiling water to fill level and re-cover with lid. Leave alone for 2 minutes, then add the sachet for that extra flavour. Just 2 more minutes to wait — then grab a fork, give it a good stir and dig in. (Make sure you eat it while hot, of course. Do not reheat). Want to pimp up your chicken noodles? We think the pot is already perfect but if you’re feeling extra adventurous, then here’s a top tip to supercharge your noodles… why not add in some cheese to your Chicken and Mushroom flavour Pot Noodle for an extra-indulgent experience. Once made, it should be happy days. But if it’s not, have a moan at the customer care department. And don’t forget to quote the code on the pot, so we know whom to send back to Noodle school. *Nielsen MAT Value Sales w/e 3rd November.

Good for survivalNever really eat these bought them to help me get though the apocalypse of a virus!I will survive on 1 king pot a day this make 12 days of eating while others venture out shopping for unnecessary “normal food” I will survive this!

  2. Mr. Gavin Ian Barrie

Not all drunk purchases are regrettedI dont remember buying these, but I remember drunk shopping one night, so Amazon must have flirted this deal at me and I GOT SUCKERED IN..They have become a guilty pleasure, one a week or so and are surprisingly tasty … although I feel guilty every time I eat one 😉

The king of Pot NoodlesThere I was, munching on some Super Noodles which are indeed super but they weren’t scratching my instant noodle itch. Then I remembered the holy grail of Pot Noodles, the Bombay bad Boy. A quick search on Amazon revealed you could buy the king sized version in bulk. Within 24 hours they were at my door, 12 portions of noodles in their individual plastic tombs. I made no hesitation in boiling the kettle in anticipation of tasting the meal of kings. In four minutes they were ready. Added the hot sauce sachet and the spicy ambrosia was ready to be devoured. You can stuff your Michelin 5 stars, this is haute cuisine of the highest order. The bonus is hours of Bombay Bad Boy flavoured belches, little windy reminders of one of the best ever meals you can get in a pot.

  4. Amazed Amazon customer

Out of date pot noodles deliveredI ordered these pot noodles and when they eventually arrived they are all out of date by 6 months. Not happy with this product.

  5. Mia

Great alone, great to spice up!They may have lost the pot but they certainly haven’t lost the plot! Hehe!I love noodles in general. I was plesantly suprised that these are under 300 calories a packet and by the not so skrimpy portion size. Included is a photograph of one packet of my lost the pot chicken noodles! I decided to add some frozen garden peas to mine whilst the noodles boiled. I also love adding soy sauce and in fact many things to noodles. Sometimes me and my partner finely slice things like carrot and parsnips, we then fry them in a little oil and or butter until softer. We then proceed to add the noodles and water but it doesn’t end there, sometimes we go a step further and poach an egg ontop of them. Omg delcious. So even though these Pot noodles are delicious without anything added, they can get a little boring if eaten often but as mentioned above there are so many ways to spice them back up again. Another good thing about adding frozen or tinned veg during the boiling is that they get bulked out. Makes for a heartier AND healthier meal!!!!!These lost the pot noodles are different to the potted kind. They don’t have the same sort of bouncy / al dente texture. They taste different too, but certainly not worse! I say try some yourself! With the potted kind, we often found ourselves adding stuff to the pot too, such as tuna and a crunched up bag of walkers crisps, sometimes even cheese. Gotta love noodles!

TASTE HARD & HORRIBLE I ONLY HAD 18 DAYS BEFORE OUT OF SELL BY DATE RUNS OUTI Love Any Type of Pot noodles Lately i been trying Korean Soup Pot Noodles by Far the Best on Amazon but i still like the Basic Pot Noodle all Favours and i just add my own Chilli Sauce and Dried Herbs Unfortunately i Bought 12 of these BadBoys and after i look at the Date i couldn’t believe i only had 18 days from when i bought to eat them i was hoping at least 6 months sell by date when i bought theses no wander they are cheap to buy under £8 on Subscribe and Save after looking at some reviews saying how the taste is not right i thought i give one of mine a try 4/8/19 after i gave inside a good poke around to loosen i couldn’t believe how long i had to wait for the pot noodle to go a little soft waited 10 mins the taste is Vile like scewing Cardboard after a few mouth fulls i put the rest down the Toilet it really tasted bad i still got 11 left and before i tasted i Ordered another 2 cases x 12 on my Subscribe and Save these will definitely be coming off my shopping list since i first posted this prices have gone up £14 who in there right mind would waste £14 cheaper going to your local Supermarket and paying 50p each

  7. Bargain Hunt

a bit weirdThey just seem a bit weird compared to the supermarket ones. I pour hot water on them but the noodles are quite tough and dried out. The ones from the supermarket as soon as I pour water on them I can easily mix it around with a fork but not these ones.… strange.

One of the Original FlavoursBought as part of Covid-19 planning to replace a sandwich lunch as bread is scarce in our house as I’ve yet to start homebaking. I prefer the original size but these were a bargain so I’m sticking with these. Okay, the thing I like about any noodle pot is you can adjust to your taste. I always add extra pepper (as I’m addicted to peppery food) — to this beefy tomato flavour I may add ANY of the following based on my mood; sprinkle chilli flakes, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion, granules, worcs sauce, hot pepper sauce to pimp up the pot. Of course sometimes I just add the extra pepper and the tomato sachet. It’s a tasty noodle snack that can be a substitute for a meal or as a gap filler. I’ve known people (all men) who live on these things. Each to their own.

Noodles had gone off due to expiry dateI love Pot Noodles and normally have no complaint. Yes, they are cheap, but they aren’t pretending to be a top quality meal, but overall I’m usually a happy customer. I therefore chose to buy via Subscribe and Save so as to get a bulk order of these handy hot meals as the days get colder. The very first one I opened was horrifically awful and, tasted like it had gone bad. Upon checking the pots, I found the expiry date on all was November 2021. I had just bought 12 of these in mid to late October. I tried another one, to double check. This too tasted rank. Clearly they had gone off, having (I presume) been produced a loooooong time ago now. Sadly I’ll have to go back to buying singles from supermarkets. I’d just say buyer beware, but only in terms of expiry or best before dates on bulk purchases.

  10. Disabled Not Unable

So lovelyI love sweet chilli things and I love noodles/dehydrated products for a quick sback or lunch. So I thought I would make a change from favourite (and usual) go to which is mugshot macaroni cheese. And these are great.Upon opening the packet and seeing the sweet chilli powder I was sceptical about the flavour/strength of the chillies but I stuck to the instructions and made it as it should be made (I was constantly fighting my inner self as I so wanted to add crushed chillies to be sure it was of a decent standard flavour). But I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised to find the sachet amount is just right. It doesn’t taste too hot whilst eating it (i am used to a stronger sting) but it was very warming and you have that lovely warm tingling on your lips after eating it.There will be days when i want to boost the chilli strength but it will be very occasionally as it is great just as it comes. It took just 5 minutes to make this lovely snack and I am so glad I took the gamble to try them (I loved the thought of the mugshot cajun flavour but i was very disappointed with that). But I love this product so much that I reviewed it immediately after eating it and I then immediately ordered a couple of more cases to be delivered tomorrow.Happy days.Best wishes 👍
