I am over the moonthe heatwave has started and i am now going on holiday, so I will be able to use the ice cream maker, and make beautiful scoops of ice cream.

Delicious recipes.… that work! The recipes seem carefully written and tested. I tried quite a few and the ice-cream is delicious. Some other ebooks I bought are full of errors which mess up the ice cream or just boring copied recipes. King of Scoops knows his stuff! The Christmas pudding one and cherry one were amazing!

Full of appalling mistakes and wrong informationI hesitated to give this book a one star review, unfortunately there is no zero star award.I tried to follow the recipe for the White Chocolate and Marshmallow. Firstly the ingredients are all in USA measures secondly where it states 1tbsp Tapioca Flour/1tbs Cornstarch it doesn’t state these are alternatives you don’t need both. On to the making, follow recipe and after heating mixture it tells you to mix the cream cheese with the pistachio butter — sorry where was that mentioned in the ingredients list? It wasn’t, never mind haven’t got any anyway so leave it out and proceed to follow rest of recipe to the end and churn ice cream in machine. Great! Now just left with a bag of white chocolate chips and a bag of mini marshmallows because nowhere at all does it tell you when to add them. Whoever proof read this needs sacking. Whoever wrote it wants to take a close look at it. If this hadn’t been a present it would be back in the envelope off to Amazon for a refund. There are 101 better ice-cream recipe books out there, get one of those not this one.
