AmazedI’m not going to lie, this was a last minute gift for Christmas so I was apprehensive as to what to expect. However from minutes after opening the box the machine was in action and has been every day since. Its surprised me how much we have used it as it is so quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Ok but not greatGood machine, makes ice! You get 9 cubes roughly every 10 minutes which is fine. Build quality was a bit disappointing, one of the tubes that makes ice cubes was bent at an angle when received and the cooling fan on the side is either misaligned or had a broken bearing as it sounds like it’s taking off. Enough to be annoying but not enough to return it. I’d call the ice “bullets” it makes medium sized. Can perceivably tell the difference between the small and large setting! The ice full sensor sometimes gets stuck if it’s humid as condensation can block the beam and I’ve had it a few times when it’s run out of water and still tried to keep going when it should cut off.Overall, Ok but not great.

Ice melts as soon as it’s madeWhile this ice maker does make ice quickly, it also melts just as quickly, rendering it sort of pointless. If you don’t use the ice in about 30 mins, it’s half-melted. The machine doesn’t stay cold enough inside to keep ice for any reasonable period of time (an hour or two?). We tried to deal with the seller directly, but they told us this is expected behaviour for their machine. So, if you want ice on demand, this is the machine for you. If you want ice for more than one person on demand, not so much. If you want ice for a party or even dinner guests, definitely look elsewhere.

Love this great productIm constantly buying ice so thought I’d try this .It’s amazin as soon as u take ice out and it goes below a certain level it automatically makes ice within minutes really recommend

Looks good, works wellBought this a present about 6 months ago. Was slightly concerned it would go the way of the bread maker and be a novelty for a few goes. But nope, this has been used almost every day since. The first “cubes” (actually bullets) are produced in about 10 minutes. The size can be controlled, but also depends on the temperature of the water. Generally we throw the first batch back in again to cool the water a bit which makes the subsequent ones a lot bigger. It isn’t terribly noisy. We have a combined kitchen living area and don’t notice any undue noise from it while watching TV. The ice dropping does make a noise but that’s handy so you know that it has something for you. The full sensor hasn’t given any problems and no leaks either. The colour is good and it it looks well on the kitchen countertop. It is a tad bigger than I expected, but I don’t have anything really to compare it too. All in all, very happy with the purchase.

I love itOnly had it a couple of days and may be helped by heat wave and family staying but loving it so far. I was expecting to be disappointed and worried about how big it would be but it is quiet not much bigger than a bread machine. Pick small if you want speedy first cubes and ready in under 10 minutes then bigger better and faster if you leave it. Stops when full restarts making when you top your glass up.

VERY GOOD DESIGN AND WELL MADEVERY GOOD DESIGN AND WELL MADE. IT PRODUCES ICE CONSTANTLY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. BOTH THE LOW WATER CUTOUT AND THE HIGH LEVEL ICE CUBE FUNCTION WORK WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.A GREAT LITTLE MACHINE

Makes ice efficientlyProduct arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. Only problem was that it was not the colour I had ordered. The need for ice outweighed the need for the machine to be red so we decided to keep it. Fairly lightweight and compact machine. If you use it on a countertop the lid will not open completely if there are wall units above. Not really a problem, it opens enough to get the basket in and out without moving it forward. Set up was easy. The first few ice cubes were very small and melted quite rapidly. We just allowed it to continue and each batch got bigger until we had a full basket of ice which we put in the freezer and allowed the machine to continue running. Ice production became faster and the cubes were a good size. After two full baskets the water had still not run out. The ice cubes are hollow “bullets” but the large size is perfectly adequate for putting in drinks or using in a cocktail shaker. This machine is efficient at doing what it’s supposed to! Happy with our purchase.

Performs well but colour is not like the picturesI bought this together with an ice crusher from the same brand — was expecting them both to be a lovely vibrant metallic red as pictured. Well this ice machine is a completely different colour, more of a burnt orange than the lovely red I was expecting. In spite of this I decided to keep the ice maker as it was needed for a party. So the three stars is basically because I was very disappointed with the colour. The performance of the machine is actually very good.

Love it!This product was purchased as we had used one in our holiday villa and it served the family of 9 well.I’m not at all disappointed by this machine, it says it makes ice cubes and it does- it takes about 8 mins for the first lot to be done but after that it is quite quick and now we’re back to being a couple, we can’t quite keep up with it!Great for families but ( as I read in a review before purchasing) if you are having a party where there are a lot of people and drinks are flowing constantly then it won’t keep up, it only makes 8 cubes at a time and the basket won’t be big enough. Although, you could empty the basket into a bag and store in the freezer in advance. If you don’t use all the ice, it will melt into the reservoir and is then recycled.Easy to empty the water out if you are not going to use it for a day or two.I personally love this little machine.
