No ink in CartridgeNot sure what happened but I ordered this 28th Mar 2018 but only opened it today and its empty. No ink! I had ordered the colour cartridge and that was fine although I opened that about two weeks ago.Is it because I took so long to open the package? I had the package in my desk drawer so it was in a safe dry cool place. Just don’t understand why there is no ink.My advise to everyone is that if you do buy this cartridge please open it and ensure that there is ink in the cartridge.

Shortest life cartridge I have ever known. Less than one 60 page report. On installation the printer would not recognise the cartridges as being genuine. After printing about 40 pages symptoms of ink running out appeared. Eventually black was recognised as being genuine but at 50%. A ‘print quality diagnostic’ still refused to recognise the genuine colour cartridge and showed all colours apart from magenta as empty.I would hope a new genuine HP replacement cartridge would last more than 40 pages but it seems not. What a joke. I have returned the HP rubbish for refund (very unusual thing to do but so is the performance of these HP cartridges) and I have ordered re-manufactured ‘non genuine’ versions that lasted many months last time. No more ‘genuine HP’ for me ever again. Dreadful.

Did I receive a dud?I think I got a dud. I received these cartridges tonight. Installed immediately, ran the alignment and other checks. Then printed a 150-page text document on draft print settings, and 20 minutes in the ink is gone?!? I swear my last cartridge lasted a few months/several hundred pages… I’m guessing this was a dud or fake.

2 separate purchases, both faulty.I purchased a twin pack which included one colour and one black cartridge. The colour worked fine, as expected. The black cartridge stopped working after only few pages had been printed. Unfortunately I was passed the return window, so i purchased another black cartridge. This time my printer stated that the cartridge was incompatible. I have now wasted over £20 on faulty cartridges.

  5. appletree

Very disappointing.I used the cartridge to print a few pages and although the printer diagnostic said that the cartridge was still half full of ink the pages were coming out blank. I did all the usual cleaning etc but still no ink. I put in a replacement bought locally and everything was fine. It’s very disappointing to only get a few pages out of such expensive cartridges. A dud one, I don’t know, but I am not very happy about it.

Genuine HP ink cartridge.…..expensive, but it works!Genuine HP ink cartridge. Recognised as such by my HP machine (which gave me a nice, polite, “thank you” message for using the genuine article, when I put it in, which is a bit rich, given it won’t work with none HP cartridges!).….…I’ve often wondered why printers are so cheap and yet printer ink so expensive.…..I suppose it’s a bit like if every make of car only ran on that specific manufacturers brand of petrol.……they pull you in by selling you the car dirt cheap, but the petrol they then sell that you need to run it on costs £100 per gallon!.…..clever.… I suppose.….

Original cartridges , so they workA good price given what they charge in the high street. Unfortunately the first ones never arrived but I contacted the seller and they were very good , second ones arrived OK.They are original cartridges so no issues when you load them as I have in the past had so called ‘compatable ones’ that the printer rejects.I suppose the best answer in a review is ” would I buy them again ” and the answer is ‘yes’ no issues with them or the company.

Looking for good qualityI was pleased at first when this cartridge arrived but after a few days my printer stopped working. When I check the ink levels the new black showed very low. I didn’t take any notice when I first put this in as it was a new cartridge. I sent an email to Ink Jungle and they wanted to know how many pages I had printed. I can’t remember but I said maybe between 20–25, which I think was well over the top. We are in our 80’s and we do not do a lot of printing, mostly bank accounts and, monthly statements and such. I didn’t get a satisfactory answer and they that these standard cartridges do not print a lot of pages but I have never had one that did this. I have since ordered a new cartridge from another supplier and it is working perfectly and the ink level is showing right up to the top. They seemed very dismissive. I have always had good service from Amazon and would recommend them to anyone but this time I was very disappointed. Not Amazon’s fault I would think the seller. I have got the box but unfortunately not any paper work as I wasn’t expecting it to be faulty.

competitive price, prompt delivery — even recycle return envelopeI have an older model HP printer and, as they are always trying to push newer models on you, it has become rather challenging to buy ink cartridges. The printer otherwise works fine and there are regular driver updates. I finally found cartridges here and ordered. They were promptly delivered, all in perfect order and the price was competitive. I was positively surprised that they also enclosed a free return envelope for the used cartridges — nice environmentally supportive touch! Well done guys, keep it up! I shall order again …

This was sponsored when I looked for my printer’s inc.The cartage is incompatible. They look the exact same as the ones I had before, and this was the first result when looking for “HP Deskjet 2710 inc”. My previous cartridges are dry and can’t be salvaged, even though they’re still full. I don’t even want to print anything. I can’t connect the printer without printing a document with a PIN. HP’s software is useless. This cartridge is useless, they stop functioning before being empty if you don’t use your printer enough. Don’t buy any printing equipment from HP, it is the most frustrating printing experience I have had.HP talks a lot about their recycling scheme for empty cartridges, but I have tried repeatedly to return empty cartridges through HP’s website and it has kever worked. HP is making a product that is engineered to he as bad for the environment as possible (single use plastic with extremely short lifespan), they talk a lot about recycling to green wash people into believing they’re trying to mitigate their pollution and it is a lie. If HP’s printing equipment is not a scam I do not know what is.
