    Excel­lent book!I bought this for my grand­daugh­ter’s 12th birth­day to go with her smooth­ie mak­er. She has been delight­ed with it and is work­ing her way through large parts of the book. What makes it so good for her is that the recipes are easy to source, the instruc­tions are clear and it con­tains large­ly fruit smooth­ies which is what she was seeking.

    Great Pur­chaseI bought two of these one for myself and one for my daugh­ter. The book has nice glossy pic­tures, the recipes are quick to make and prod­ucts are eas­i­ly found at your local super­mar­ket. Deliv­ery was also very quick. I’m very pleased and would high­ly rec­om­mend this book to oth­ers look­ing for health­i­er alter­na­tives to high sug­ar beverages.

    Deliv­ers on what it promis­esThis is a great resource for any­one want­i­ng to get into smooth­ies. The recipes are all sim­ple and use easy-to-find ingre­di­ents that need lit­tle advance prepa­ra­tion. All the smooth­ies I’ve tried tast­ed great too, includ­ing the veg­etable-based ones. Many of the recipes are accom­pa­nied by high-qual­i­ty, full-colour pic­tures and bright, large-font text. As a dis­in­ter­est­ed, unskilled cook, I find that this for­mat takes some of the pres­sure away from meal prep.Because of this book, I used my blender so much that I broke it.
