Save money with individual inks

Inks can run out at different times as most people don’t print equal amounts of each colour. That’s why Epson continues to champion individual inks over tri-colour cartridges you only replace the colour used, resulting in savings.

Optimised for Epson printers

Epson inks and papers have been developed to work hand-in-hand with Epson printers to produce the best results time and time again.

Conned.Placed each cartridge in my Epson Stylus SX515W all in one printer, did nozzle check, etc. Printed off about 20 sheets of A4 info about my allotment events then warning came up asking me to replace the Black and Cyan cartridges! The package on the ‘Epson Exceed Your Vision T0715 4 — Cartridge Multipack’ states ’ (Black Dot) x7.4ml + (Cyan,Yellow,Magenta) x 5.5ml = 23.9ml .The ‘Use By’ date = 03.2020 73RE08.Made in the UK 23.9ml. I do not believe these cartridges contained these volumes of ink as my printer only printed off about 20 sheets of full colour A4 prints then the ‘ink low’ warnings appeared. Does Epson test the volumes in these cartridges before they go on sale to the public? Annoyed . I have lost about £50 in three days!Just bought a set of compatible cartridges (4) for £12. Each contains 19ml ink compared to Epson’s 5.7ml per colour cartridge and 7.4ml for Black. Epson — how can you justify your price of 41/4 = £10.25 per cartridge for 5.7 ml of ink?

Uttery useless — A complete waste of 50 quids.I bought these to work on my Epson printer. The ink cartridges were advertised to work on my printer, but each time I inserted an ink cartridge as a replacement, I received the same message — “cartridges are not recognised”. I made on-line chat room investigations and found similar complaints. Although there were fixes for the problem — Hey! I purchased genuine Epson ink replacement cartridges for an Epson printer — it is not my job to troubleshoot the manufacturers issues. In fairness, Epson’s help-desk were very helpful, they told me to ‘bin-them’, so I did.A complete waste of £50.

Don’t waste your money on replica cartridges!!Previously I’ve bought replacement ink cartridges for my Epson printer which weren’t genuine Epson. I’ve learn’t the hard way!!The non-Epson cartridges may appear to be cheaper but I’ve had so much trouble with rubbish print quality, compatibility errors, printer telling me the new cartridges are empty etc. so frustrating.I decided to pay that little bit extra to get the genuine Epson cartridge from CHC Supplies and will never waste my money on anything else.CHC Supplies prices are very good value for money, especially the multipack, which is approximately £20 cheaper than the high street. They were delivered in 4 days after order placement. An excellent servicePaul D

  4. Amazon Customer

This has never happen before. It’s not the first time that I brought this product and this time I cant get it to work I’ve had it for four months now and I am not able to print any thing with it.the printer keep telling me that it dont recognise the the cartilage T0712 andT0713 it recognise the other 2 T0714 and T0711 I have tried everything and still it tells that what do I do I need to use the printer I have work waiting to print.

  5. Amazon Queen

Inaccurate descriptionDespite the photo, the items received were not refurbished Epson cartridges, they were just compatible cartridges. This is as misleading as it gets. I contacted the seller and they tried to make out that I had ordered the wrong item and that I had ordered compatibles. If that’s the case why does the invoice say “Epson original T071540 4 Cartridge multipack”? Also, how can I have ordered the wrong item when to order the item you just add that particlar item to your basket? It’s not as if there are multiple choices!! I think the order process on Amazon is fool proof. It’s only in the Comments area (equivalent to small print…) of the invoice I received with the goods that the word “compatibles” is mentioned. A refund was offered but I refused, I just wanted an honest description of the item so I could have made an informed decision.Less than a couple of months later — update: The ink is rubbish, the quality is very poor indeed and after printing maybe 10 pages (if that) the cartridge run out of ink or it just dried, I don’t know. I didn’t even bother using the other colours because no doubt they would have gone the same way. Also, I was concerned they might damage the printer, clogging it all up. AVOID!

  6. Andrew Goddard

Mugged again!Wenpurchased this set of supposedly genuine Epson ink cartridges for our SX515W. After inserting them and completing the mandatory ink prime/flush noted the levels had already dropped. After approximately 20 sheets of word documents (some colour) the levels were recorded at being empty and the need of replacement highlighted. Absolutely discusting how Epson can keep up this extortionist price for low level cartridges. We have just purchased a replica set from Office World hoping to get some more printing completed!!

  7. JANAK

Complete waste of money!!!These cartridges never lasted past 10 sheets, I just inserted the final cartridge, and nothing prints. I’ve just taken the advice of other reviewers, and I’ve just ordered better quality compatibles for less than half price — and I get three times as much cartridges.

  8. Willow Moon

Epson qualityEven if the Epson cartridges are much more expensive than reconditionned cartridges, you can easily see the difference: The quality is better, you don’t get any clogging therefore you don’t spend your time cleaning your printer heads and waiste your ink. Plus, they last much longer, so why waste your money with the fake stuff?I have to say I was a bit miffed when I received the cartridges without their original packaging: It looked like someone was trying to pool a dodgy one, but then I red the letter and discover it was done so that it would cost less on postage and therefore it was greener (does it really make a difference on such a small amount?).Anyway, for as long as I am guaranted that these are the original ones I am happy with it. The green thing I think is just a way to save money in the same way that banks and other Companies tell you to switch to internet billing as it saves trees… No, it doesn’t because when you receive you bill through the net you are the one printing it, so you have spent the money for the paper & the ink, not the bank or billing Company, plus they have saved on postage, so it is all profit for them… And all spending for you!!! Green is such a good excuse for so many hipocritical reasons. This being said, I do not doubt the good intensions of this Company which is why I have given it a 5 star.

  9. Dawn Harris

Better quality than cheap inks — packaging better for the environmentWhy people would spend more on a fully packed product that costs more to their purse and the environmental damage is beyond me.… all cartridges should be packed and sold with minimal packaging- buy this not the one wrapped in plastic 4 times! I have also tried cheaper inks and they are nowhere near the quality of this one especially for photos so I have gone back to the brand.

  10. Hugo Minney

Just the ticketI’ve often looked at cheap clone inks or the inks you refill yourself (comes with a little drill bit and a syringe, if you want to know), but if you want top quality pictures, which for the price of the photopaper you probably do, then stick to original inks. This multipack is great — good price, and as each ink cartridge is still separate you still only replace what you use. After about 3 of these I’m going to see if i can buy a single colour at a time, but for now I’m sticking to the multipack.Important point — the cheetah on the front refers to the type of printer. It makes it really easy to make sure you get the right inks. My mother bought an incorrect set and they really don’t fit at all!Hope you find this helpful when chosing inks for an
