Reviews

  1. Stevens family

The worst dishwasher I have ever owned (and the most expensive)I will never buy an AEG product again, firstly door was dented, standard sized plates don’t fit so had to raise upper drawer so now can’t fit a standard glass in top drawer. Have to space items out so much so realistically only fits 6 dinner plates. As you have to put glasses in bottom this takes up so much space so my dishwater is on at least 2 times a day for a family of 5! Don’t get me started on the cutlery drawer — not wide enough to fit cutlery — I wish I had taken notice of the reviews before I purchased 😩 lesson learnt — my bad

  2. Nandor

Design flawWorst ever dishwasher. It has a design flaw. The inside is secured with nuts all around to the outside and they(the nuts) are getting loose. (see attached picture) And the machine starts leaking. We had this machine for a year now. After 6 months it had to be fixed because the nut got loose and it leaked badly. Engineer came out and thightened it. He said he cannot do anything else with it.6 months later same issue. This time the leak was worse and popped the board. I do not know how. It supposed to be a safe machine. Engineer came out and changed the board. He said this nut issue will stay forever.I sent the machine back now to Currys and will buy a different brand.

  3. Clifford L. Sullivan

Delivered with known defectsAfter 6 weeks the machine stopped, the service engineer knew the problem as it was well known for a certain component to fail. 7 months after purchase, again the machine stopped, and a new overflow valve fitted, again a known fault. After the guarantee period a new ‘intelligent’ discharge pipe was fitted to no avail, and then a new control board fitted, problem solved. The trays inside are falling to pieces, with numerous bits of plastic clogging up the spray arms. Defiantly would not recommend.
